Life gets busy — and your credit union understands. Our Skip-a-Payment Program gives you the flexibility to pause one eligible loan payment during November 2026, December 2026, or January 2027, so you can focus on what truly matters this season: family, celebrations, and peace of mind.

How it works:
Choose your month: November 2026, December 2026, or January 2027
Submit your request: Complete our short Skip-a-Payment form online or in person
Enjoy the break: Once approved, your payment is skipped for that month — giving you room to breathe

To participate in our Skip-a-Payment Program, ensure that your loan meets the following criteria:
• At least six payments have been made on the loan.
• The loan has been open for a minimum of six months
• The loan is in good standing.
Processing Fee & Loan Terms:
A fixed processing fee shall be assessed for each deferred payment. The fee amount is determined based on the loan balance and may be as low as $15, with a maximum charge of $35.
You may not qualify if:
• Loans that are currently delinquent loans or tied to accounts with negative account balances.
• Loans that have opened for less than six months.
Please note that you may not be eligible to skip your monthly payment if:
• You have previously undergone a loan modification.
• You have already skipped a payment on this loan earlier this year.
• Mortgage, Home Equity Loans, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
• Certificate/Share Secured Loans
• Troubled Debt Restructure Loans (TDR)
Additional Qualifications: You may not qualify if:
• Loans that are currently delinquent loans or tied to accounts with negative account balances.
• Loans that have opened for less than six months.
Please note that you may not be eligible to skip your monthly payment if:
• You have previously undergone a loan modification.
• You have already skipped a payment on this loan earlier this year.
